HOW DID WE MAKE IT TO HGTV HOME TOWN KICKSTART? Let me begin by sharing a little bit about us. Some have asked, but my name is not Luna lol, my name is Laura and the name of my business is LUNA VERDE DESIGN which means green moon. This name has both cultural significance in Colombia and points to my inspiration from nature. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME I was born and raised in Colombia and didn't move to the US until I was 25. HE EMPATHIZES WITH YOU... A rapid and pounding heart, lightheadedness and dizziness, the body gets sweaty and shaky, short of breath and sometimes it feels like you're suffocating, your vision starts to black out, and It feels like you are going to faint. Hi everyone, I’m Laura, the founder of Luna Verde Design! In this blog you will find the meaning of my artwork, how I get inspired and how I want to use this gift to communicate my life experiences and how God works through them. a little story about me, I was born and raised in Santa Marta, Colombia where my love and passion for making art began. I later studied psychology at the public university in town which was much more affordable and that’s when I met my husband from the United States. After almost two years we got married and moved to the US. The beach I grew up going to just minutes from my house in Col...
