A rapid and pounding heart, lightheadedness and dizziness, the body gets sweaty and shaky, short of breath and sometimes it feels like you're suffocating, your vision starts to black out, and It feels like you are going to faint.  There is an urgent need to leave the place where you are, and if you don’t you might lose control of yourself, you think you are having a heart attack and you are going to die.  I'm describing a panic attack, if you have been there you know this horrible feeling. I have had them since I was kid. In Luke 22:39-46 we read that Jesus was in agony, he was sorrowful as he prayed more earnestly; his sweat became like great drops of blood, in Matthew 26:38 he said, "my soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death", he asked his friends to pray with him and no one did, instead they decided to sleep. Hi everyone, I’m Laura, the founder of Luna Verde Design!    In this blog you will find the meaning of my artwork, how I get inspired and how I want to use this gift to communicate my life experiences and how God works through them.  a little story about me, I was born and raised in Santa Marta, Colombia where my love and passion for making art began.  When I was 8 I was able to scrape together enough money to buy materials to make beaded jewelry that I sold to friends and family.  After high school I began studying graphic design at a university in my hometown but unfortunately had to quit my studies since the private university became unaffordable for my situation at the time.  I later studied psychology at the public university in town which was much more affordable and that’s when I met my husband from the United States.  After almost two years we got married and moved to the US.   The beach I grew up going to just minutes from my house in Col...
